A: Whenever you submit an assignment, job, or task,  we check our schedule closely to ensure that we can, in fact, complete things in a timely manner. Rarely do we have to turn an order down, but if it is an impossibility, we will be honest with you. We work ahead of schedule and deliver results by the day before or directly on the due date (with time to spare, of course). There is an exception to the rule. If you are a "last minute" kind of student, we will do the job; however, there are 2 ways to do things: fast and correctly. If you want a quality paper, don't wait until the last minute. Q: How will I receive my order?

A: We send everything electronically via e-mail. We do not offer hard copies of the work, as it is much more convenient and cost effective for all of us if you simply print the work from your own computer.

Q: How can I pay for my order?


A: If your order is accepted by Your PR Elite writing and academic services, an e-mail will be sent to you that will contain a PayPal invoice for full-price or a 1/2 deposit, depending on the negotiation of the job and payment (with some exceptions, such as our "Buy Now" options or those paying with alternative methods). This invoice MUST be paid within 24 hours, unless there are extenuating circumstances which have been communicated to us. No order will be started until the invoice is paid. Currently, our primary payment method is PayPal, but we can also accept Credit card orders over the phone or checks through the mail. We make payments easy for you! We accept cash from locals and will consider money orders, if necessary.

We do work with budgets and offer a half now, half later plan for those who really need it.


Q: Why no refunds? Could I pay half now and half later?

A: We don't do refunds. Once a project is started, we have already spent valuable time, effort and money. We cannot recoup these expenses on future sales, as this is not an inventory-based business. We prefer that all amounts due be paid in advance, but due to our compassion for the plight of our clients, we can offer a half now, half later plan. That is the best we can do. At the very least, a half-in-advance deposit MUST be paid. However, the final product WILL NOT be released until the final invoice is paid in full. A: Yes, but carefully..Whether it is a handwritten check or a check by phone, we can accept it. We do accept e-checks via PayPal, (however, All checks must clear our bank before work will commence) but if it bounces, we are going to tack another $20.00 on your bill as a lesson in responsibility. We will gladly accept a money order, cashier's/teller check (this is a money order directly from your bank), Western Union or Money Gram payment, if PayPal is not an option for you. If you do not have a credit card or the ability to transfer cash into PayPal, but want to use PayPal, there are plenty of prepaid credit cards on the market for this purpose. Green Dot Online is a good choice. You can purchase these at convenience stores, drugstores, etc.


Q: Do you offer a guarantee ?

A: We will even venture to say that your articles, content or other work will be of a high-grade caliber. However, we can only work with the information your provide to us and have no control over certain variables such as every aspect of an assignment We can simply tell you that we will do our best for you, and you should also try and do the best that you can. Adherence to a strict code of ethics built on a foundation of integrity is the heart and soul of Your PR Elite writing and academic services. We give our customers our best and expect the same in return. Below are the policies which we follow and expect our customers to follow as well.

1) All work is done on an independent contractor basis. This is a customer-contractor relationship, not an employer-employee relationship. Please be considerate and observe the difference.

2) As noted in the F.A.Q. section, all payments must be paid within 24 hours of invoice. All projects are prepaid or secured with a 50% deposit and will not be started until payment is received. This is to ensure that you are as serious as we are about completing your project and to ensure that the hard working people who take on these challenging projects get paid in a timely manner. We pay all our staff upon receipt of a completed and approved project. Keep in mind that the longer you take to pay us, the longer it takes us to complete the project. Therefore, we will not be held responsible for deadlines missed due to late payment.

3) Most fees are based on job specs. We keep our rates lower than average industry standards. However, those with an outsourcing frame of mind need to remember that this is the United States, and we will not work at offshore rates. You get what you pay for.

4) We work on our own schedule. Therefore, jobs are done in the order received. They will be sent to you by your set deadline. Please do not e-mail us a dozen times prior to the deadline asking for an update. Under certain circumstances, we automatically send periodic updates.

5) We only work with SERIOUS customers. Give us the run around or gripe and moan about prices or constantly ask for more than you have paid for, fail to communicate or present yourself as  difficult and unprofessional and you will quickly wind up on our banned customer list. 8) We will gladly sign non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements for projects. We will only sign these electronically.

9) We expect clear communication and frequent communication.

15) Deadlines will be met by the day of or day before the due date. Typically, work is done much earlier than that, but please do not rush it, and please take into consideration the fact that you are not our only customer.
